A $25 non-refundable reservation fee is due at the time of reservation.

These rates will become effective for current residents on May 1, 2010.

Policies and Guidelines
We welcome you and sincerely hope that you thoroughly enjoy your stay with us. We rely on your common sense, courtesy, and observance of our guidelines which we hope will ensure enjoyment by all.

Quiet Time is Between 10PM and 8AM

Rental Guest Registration and Check-Out
• All guests must register at the front office
• Check out time is 12:00 AM
• If you would like to extend your stay, please check with the office for availability from 10:00 – 11:00 AM

Vehicles
• Recreational vehicles must be no less that 25 feet and no more than 15 years old.
• Maximum of 2 vehicles per site. • On-site washing of vehicles is restricted to owners and monthly rentals.
• Speed limit is 10 mph throughout the Resort.
• Drivers of golf carts can not be under 10 years old.

Site Decorations
• Please do not attach any accessories to shrubs or structures in the Resort.
• Clotheslines, outside refrigerators, freezers, porches, decks or signs of any kind are not allowed on the site. Please see that all personal belongings are secured. We are not responsible for personal property.

Fires, Firearms & Smoking
• Fires are allowed in approved containers only.
• Firearms, lethal weapons and fireworks are prohibited.
• No smoking in public buildings or pool area.

Pool & Slide Restrictions
• Children under 16 must be accompanied by an adult who is 18 yrs or older.
• No glass or pets in pool area.
• Diving and running are not allowed.
• Please advise your children of these rules. They are for their safety.
• Pool Hours: 9AM - 9PM.

Pet Restrictions
• We welcome your pets to the Resort as part of your family.
• There is a limit of two (2) household pets per site.
• Please keep your pets leashed at all times when outside.
• Please do not leave your pets unattended or allow them to create a disturbance.
• Pets must be with you at all times if they are outside your RV.
• Pets are not permitted in or around the Clubhouse, pool area or common areas.
• Please promptly pick up after your pets and do not walk them through other owners’ lots.
• We reserve the right to refuse space to anyone that management feels has a pet not suitable for our Resort.
